Thomas H. Fell is a shareholder in Gordon Silver, and practices in the fields of business restructuring and bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation and landlord/tenant law. Mr. Fell has been a part of the business restructuring and bankruptcy department since 1989, and possesses great knowledge in federal bankruptcy laws, as well as strong local ties to the legal community and the community in general. Mr. Fell’s compassion and strong work ethic was recognized by the Clark County Legal Services Pro Bono Project and he was named Clark County Pro Bono Attorney of the Year in 2006.
Mr. Fell has been a lecturer and contributing author on the issues of bankruptcy, evictions, landlord/tenant law and protecting creditors’ rights in Nevada for the National Business Institute.
Mr. Fell along with his colleague Greg Garman are the only two lawyers that represent Nevada for Lawyers Associated Worldwide, an association of independent law firms located in over 100 major commercial centers throughout the world. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Clark County Bar Association.
Mr. Fell is admitted to practice in Nevada and graduated law school with honors receiving his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts from Drake University.
