TERESA M. KRPATA Associate Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy   Teresa Krpata is a member of the Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice group. Ms. Krpata's practice consists of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and complex insolvency including representation of trustees and corporate debtors. Ms. Krpata previously represented creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, represented landlords in landlord - tenant disputes, and handled general litigation. While attending law school, she was the research and development editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law. Ms. Krpata received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts graduating with honors, magna cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa. She is an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters and is an Arizona Law Ambassador. She is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta, Inn of Court, Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. She is admitted to practice law in Nevada, Arizona, U.S. District Court of Nevada, and the U.S. District Court of Arizona.
