Ms. Gray’s practice is concentrated in the area of corporate restructuring and complex insolvency of both small and large companies and has included the representation of trustees, corporate debtors, individual debtors, creditors’ committees, secured creditors, and unsecured creditors in all aspects of Chapter 11 business bankruptcy cases, including appeals.
Ms. Gray is admitted to practice in Nevada and she is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Ms. Gray received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona, graduating summa cum laude. While attending law school, she was an articles editor for The Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law and authored To Keep You Is No Gain, To Kill You Is No Loss - Securing Justice Through The International Criminal Court, 20 Ariz. J. Int’l & Comp. L. 645 (2003).
