Mark S. Dzarnoski joined the litigation department of Gordon Silver, in fall of 2007 where he practices in the fields of commercial and business litigation, securities, contract disputes, shareholder rights, fraud, and deceptive/unfair trade practices. Mr. Dzarnoski has more than two decades of experience in securities/investments, representing clients with allegations of criminal fraud and in SEC/FTC investigations and civil enforcement actions.

Mr. Dzarnoski is a well rounded attorney who possesses a firm understanding of the laws pertaining to the financial/investment industry working for both private companies and government agencies. Mr. Dzarnoski previously worked in the private sector as a stockbroker, branch compliance officer and co-owner of a branch office for various regional investment brokerage houses in Las Vegas and later as a Senior Securities Examiner for the Nevada Secretary of State, Securities Division.

Admitted in Nevada, United States District Court-District of Nevada, Texas, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Dzarnoski holds a Juris Doctorate from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Los Angeles.
