Kristin Genc’s practice includes representing a variety of clients in a range of business matters, including mergers, reorganizations, acquisition and sale transactions and other commercial matters. Her practice also includes advising clients on the structure and documentation of limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures and advising clients on various federal and state tax issues. In addition, she drafts and negotiates development management agreements, dissolution agreements and settlement agreements in connection with real estate matters.

Ms. Genc is admitted in Nevada and California, received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1999, a J.D. from the University of Pacific, with distinction, in 1998 and an A.B. from Stanford University in 1992.
