KERRI A. SPARKS Associate Litigation Department A recent graduate of the University of Southern California Law School, Kerri A. Sparks is the newest member of Gordon and Silver's litigation department. Ms. Sparks was the recipient of the USC Law Class of 1992 Scholarship and was active in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. While at USC, Ms. Sparks researched and drafted memoranda on civil rights and constitutional issues, including research on the recognition and use by American courts of international court decisions. In 2007 and 2008, Ms. Sparks served as an intern at the Federal Public Defender's office. Ms. Sparks is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association. Conversational in German, Ms. Sparks has been active in many activities including the Katrina Legal Aid Project and the Barrister's Domestic Violence Clinic. Admitted in Nevada, Ms. Sparks is a graduate of Catholic University of America with a B.A. in Media Studies, 2005 magna cum laude.
