Kenneth E. Hogan is an associate in the litigation department at Gordon Silver. Mr. Hogan’s ability to quickly resolve disputes between parties while protecting his clients’ long-term financial interests has earned him high regard among clients and peers. Mr. Hogan’s experience spans the spectrum of civil litigation, with advanced specialization in the areas of mechanics liens, contract law, and civil tort actions.
Admitted in Nevada, Mr. Hogan holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, a Master of Science in Political Science from the University of South Dakota, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri.
Mr. Hogan also earned the prestigious Master of Science of Strategic Intelligence degree from the Defense Intelligence Agency’s National Defense Intelligence College in Washington D.C., graduating number one in his class of over 150 select military, CIA, FBI, and DEA intelligence professionals. The NDIC is a nationally-accredited education and research institution serving the United States Intelligence Community by preparing personnel for senior positions in the U.S. Armed Forces and the national security structure. Mr. Hogan retired from twenty years of service to this nation as an intelligence field operations officer, with extensive combat experience, at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Formerly an editor of the Nevada Law Journal, Mr. Hogan is currently an active member in the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association.
