Joseph T. Kozlowski is an associate in the Corporate and Real Estate Department at Gordon Silver. Mr. Kozlowski concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate finance, real estate development, and real estate acquisitions and leasing, as well as general commercial and corporate transactions and commercial litigation involving real estate, landlord/tenant, and construction issues. Mr. Kozlowski has experience in every phase and on every side of the real estate transaction, and has enjoyed success at every stage of litigation, from complaint to appeal, recently winning an appeal before the Nevada Supreme Court concerning a large-sum real estate dispute. His determination and unique ability to meet real world challenges with smart, practical and efficient solutions have earned him a place at the forefront of his practice.

Prior to joining Gordon Silver, Mr. Kozlowski served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Amy J. Fricano in the New York State Supreme Court, Eighth Judicial District. He is now currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Commercial Marketing Group, as well as the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and was selected to be a participant in the Chapter's Developing Leaders program.

Mr. Kozlowski is admitted to practice in Nevada and graduated law school with honors receiving his Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Finance Transactions from the University at Buffalo School of Law. While attending law school, he was the associate editor of the school’s Criminal Law Review. Mr. Kozlowski received a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College.
