JOHN P. WITUCKI Associate Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department   John Witucki is an associate in the business restructuring and bankruptcy department of Gordon Silver. Mr. Witucki focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy and reorganization. He has primarily assisted in the representation of debtors, trustees, and secured creditors. Mr. Witucki has been involved in numerous projects concerning single asset real estate debtors and has devoted significant attention to secured property and collateralization issues under the Uniform Commercial Code. His pro bono experience includes a stepparent adoption case as well as refinancing negotiations. Prior to joining Gordon Silver, Mr. Witucki served as a legal extern for United States Senator Harry Reid and for Chief Judge Philip M. Pro, United States District Court, District of Nevada. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada and American Bankruptcy Institute. Admitted in Nevada, Mr. Witucki received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah where he received his Bachelor of Science.
