JEFFREY L. HULET Associate Litigation Department   Jeffrey L. Hulet is an associate in the litigation department at Gordon Silver and handles a wide variety of cases involving simple and complex litigation matters, including commercial litigation, automobile franchise termination disputes, breach of contract, and professional negligence. Mr. Hulet also has experience with claims brought under the Perishible Agriculture Commodities Act ("PACA"). His pro bono experience includes representing the interests of a child in foster care. Mr. Hulet is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Admitted in Nevada, Mr. Hulet received his Juris Doctorate from State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating cum laude, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the of University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
