ERIC R. OLSEN Shareholder Chairman, Litigation Department   Eric R. Olsen is chair of the litigation practice group for Gordon Silver, and leads a litigation department that boasts substantial depth and experience in a wide range of commercial, business, tort fraud, intellectual property, collection, insurance coverage, real estate, construction, and catastrophic tort issues. Mr. Olsen practices in a number of civil litigation areas, focusing mostly on commercial and business matters. Mr. Olsen began his legal career working as a law clerk for the state district court and later as an attorney for a local insurance defense firm. With more than two decades of legal service in Nevada, Mr. Olsen has built a solid reputation as an attorney who is able to effectively convey his client’s position in any legal setting. He is an active member of the American Bar Association Torts and Insurance Practice Section, having served on the Business Litigation Committee, as well as a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association (Nevada Justice Association), State Bar of Nevada and Clark County Bar Association. Admitted to practice law in Nevada, Mr. Olsen received his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California.
