Eric J. Van is a member of the firm's Corporate and Real Estate Department, focusing on commercial real estate law with an emphasis in commercial leasing, corporate governance and business organizations. As a member of the firm's Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department, Mr. Van performed extensive work in many of the firm's most complex insolvency-related proceedings and transactions.
Mr. Van is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Admitted in Nevada, Mr. Van holds a Juris Doctorate from the Beasley School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business & Management at Temple University, where he earned a Beta Gamma Sigma membership for academic achievement. Mr. Van is also a distinguished scholar from Princeton University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts. While attending law school, Mr. Van wrote for the Temple Law Review and worked for the school’s Business Law Clinic, providing free legal counsel to local businesses.
