Christine A. Bricker is a shareholder at Gordon Silver in the corporate and real estate department. Ms. Bricker practices primarily in areas of real estate finance, real estate acquisitions, real estate leasing and commercial transactions. With a background in real estate matters, she is frequently sought out for her vast knowledge in commercial real estate loans and real estate development transactions. Ms. Bricker has also represented clients in connection with mortgage loans for multi-family, low-income and affordable housing projects and the issuance of tax credits for the acquisition, rehabilitation, or new construction of rental housing targeted to underserved markets.
Prior to joining Gordon Silver, Ms. Bricker was a partner in one of Ohio’s top real estate law firms focusing solely on commercial real estate. Her extensive experience in real estate finance and development from both the lending and developer sides has made her one of Las Vegas’ top real estate attorneys. Ms. Bricker was listed by Best Lawyers in America as a real estate practitioner in 2005, 2006 and 2007 and a “Nevada Super Lawyer” in 2008.
Ms. Bricker has a keen eye for issues pertaining to commercial real estate and has participated in the Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law for the American Bar Association. Ms. Bricker is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, Ohio State Bar Association and the National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women.
Admitted in Nevada and Ohio, Ms. Bricker holds a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law, order of the Coif; and graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
