CANDACE C. CLARK Associate Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy   As a member of the Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice group, Ms. Clark primarily practices corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency issues. Ms. Clark served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James C. Mahan of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She also served as an extern to the Office of the City Attorney for the City of Las Vegas, Nevada. While attending law school, she volunteered as a trained mediator with the Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center and was a member of the Nevada Law Journal. Ms. Clark is admitted to practice law in Nevada receiving her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law where she also earned her Master of Arts. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also an active member of the American Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association.
